MB Star change speed limit don't have v-module access rights

Problem:

When i try to change the speed limit on Benz BR300 with latest V2018.9 mb star diagnostic software (clone version), it failed me and gave me error "

v-module for setting vehicle speed limiter online via VeDoc (DAS)

Changing the maximum speed limit is only possible combined with reducumentation of the change data in
VeDoc at the same time XENTRY Flash/vmax access authorization is required for this.

Authentication was not successful. You don't have v-module access rights.
"

Cause:
If you using MB Star software clone version, you are not able to change the speed limit.
