2016.9 Xentry fault occurred when change language

2016.9 MB Star diagnosis Xentry “A fault has occurred”  error solution.

Q: When I change 2016.9V Xentry software language, it displayed an error message “A fault has occurred”
2016.9 mb star xentry
A: Change laptop time/date to 2016.09.05.
